  4. At all times that CONSIGNMENT MERCHANT has goods owned by @001 in 
  5. its possession, @002 shall, and at its expense, maintain multi-peril
  6. inventory insurance in an amount equal to the value of the 
  7. goods. with @001 named as a loss payee on a long form loss 
  8. payable clause. Should CONSIGNMENT MERCHANT fail to maintain such 
  9. coverage, @001 may obtain the same, and @002 shall upon 
  10. presentation of an invoice therefor, pay for the same on sight. 
  11. The maintainence of insurance is not dependent on sales. 
  12. CONSIGNMENT MERCHANT shall maintain such insurance regardless of 
  13. the number of sales.
